Don't waste your life messing about on ebay perhaps?
I'm liking the constructive reply there.
Give them a bell mate if you have had this issue before and the outcome was resolved then state that to them.
:roflmao:
...sorry :)
usual pain in the ass dealing with a company that's great when it works but terrible when it doesn't. Took me 18 months to put Telewest in their place. I hate telewest  saying that they're my curent student house's net provider...
good luck sorting it out, try not to spend too much time fighting them. A couple of carefully worded letters usually does the trick.
Yeah true, though their lines are only open 9-5 :( , ill try to get it sorted but unfortuantly ive lost a lot of money :(

Hmmm it has taken them 1 Week! to repond and all they say is due to our records we have suspended your account because your old account which i have not used in 6 months had been suspended. How i love ebay not!.
They say fax us:
Copy of a current full UK Driving License

current address.
Hmm for one thing i dont have a fax or access to one. How do they expect everone to have one. Well im off to let of some steam....
I'm thinking of ebaying my collection of petards. Do you want them before I go ahead? I can do you a good price.
