I agree in as much that I don't think we live in a male orientated world any more; female discrimination is as good as dead now.
All my supervisors and my manager at work.. all women! It does feel rather to me like men are coming up a short these days.

For the rest, in my job sort we don't have any females above us so I wouldn't know.
I did hear one thing over in the Netherlands that they needed more male teachers because male teachers are a better example then female ones for boys. The female teachers wouldn't allow alot and would make the boys act more like girls...not sure what they were on about though...I was playing CS at that moment and lost interest.... :ph34r:
