Title: HLTV on Baldric?

Title says it all, really. It's up and running, but with a total of 0 slots. Are we not allowed to spectate matches or is it a performance issue?

Not allowed to speccy matches. unless theres a delay.

Specs aren't a problem but the server runs on my bandwidth so if anymore than 1 or 2 connect then my game goes to pot, and as I was playing in that match I always turn specs off.   More than welcome to come watch in a game I don't play.
