Noticed that the pings on MH were about 70 ms for all last night which was pretty poor.
I don't know if this is only happeneing to me but when I submit a post it takes ages for the server to respond with next page - I've tried 2 different PCs and both exhibit same effect - other forums are fine.
Just asking :)

It's slow for me too. I'll give it a reboot but it may be to do with the re-org that Hi-V are going through at the moment.

Pings were still crud 2nite (don't know if you have rebooted it yet though)
