IDE is two channels only. Master and Slave. Your best bet is to either get a bigger hard drive or buy a cheap PCI SATA card and add SATA drives.

Or get a PCI IDE board - will give you up to four more devices.

or the

Highpoint Equivalent for £19 (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=17433)

Both of those will support 4 devices or if you want to go up market then what about:

or the

Highpoint ATA133 RAID card for £48 (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=17431)

If you want to spend more then please let me know and I'll be happy to point you in the right direction :)

pm me your address. I've just found an ATA 133 card here that came with a new HDD. I've never used it so you may as well put it to good use :)

It's based on the promise PDC20269 chipset and is a Maxtor branded card. I have no drivers but that should help you download any if needed.

Why on earth are you thinking about paying them for delivery?

Why not use the free delivery (http://forum.deadmen.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=10448) terms posted on these forums and over at Hexus?

BlueBall this is a cut 'n' paste from further up, do you not read things?

"It's based on the promise PDC20269 chipset and is a Maxtor branded card. I have no drivers but that should help you download any if needed."

it is a PCI mass storage controller so that i can plug in more hard drives.

i have found this driver now thanks to (this will be a blast from the past for some of you) TUTONIC!

now i still cant see the hard drives.

Yup. I even read my post further up that linked to 4 different cards. As I do not know which one you are referring to its a bit bloody difficult to offer advice don't you think  <_<
