Title: room? transport?
Post by: suicidal_monkey on September 07, 2005, 03:53:29 PM
first hopeful request - I don't suppose there's anyone else coming up/across to the LAN from the southwest near Bristol (other than Blunt&Co but I assume their car will be packed to bursting point already!) is there? Getting a lift or sharing carhire costs would be nice :)

second hopeful request - anyone yet to find a roommate for the 2nd ed in their twin or planning to book a twin? I might just go for the double of course :P

I'm driving up from North West London on Friday morning. I plan to get to March by midday. It's probably not much help but if you can get to somewhere like Reading Station by train, I could take you the rest of the way??

cheers for the offer, but I'm not too keen on trying to cart my pc and/or monitor on the train! 19" monitor and 12-13kg+ when empty case. I think I'll look at hiring a car.

Thanks :)

well, I've booked myself a double room, but I can cancel that if there's space in a twin...

A lift from bristol to march would be very nice though!
