I didn't opt for the pre-loading of DoD source and yet my steam is stuck on 30% update (even after a system re-boot )

s'pose its the blob file thing again then ?

Don't forget to copy the BLOB file first!!! Remember Hippy deleting it and after that he had to make a reinstall.

Its a new Steam update, nothing to do with DoD.

Delete Blobfile and try again but just leave it to complete even if you think it has hung (it can take an age sometimes)

My God, just checked Steam Monitor and the update was for... (drumroll)



...Condition Zero!!!!!

That's gotta be the first one in about a year.

sorted ....closed steam down, re-opened again...and then it went straight through to 100%


bizarre....but then again IT IS STEAM !!!!!

if u delete it u just goto recycle bin and restore it......simple  :D
