Honestly some people! It seems that the avg auto update is usually behind the actual needs of the users. As when i try and update the server capacity seems full as an error regularly appears saying i couldn't connect, which i presume the server capacity has been reached and cannot hold anymore users to download the file. Then after a few seconds I retry and it works perfectly. Its not vv's fault its avg lol!

Usually it shows up grey when one or more components are disabled or not running properly. I have this problem with the e-mail scanner when switching user accounts in XP. Having different e-mail accounts under different users seems to bork something in AVG.
