I'll be hiring a car to get myself from Bristol up to March for the lan - Probably M5 NE then skirt around Birmingham and head East across country google's suggested route (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?spn=2.322547,5.145447&saddr=redland,+bristol&daddr=March,+Cambridgeshire,+PE15&hl=en) ...4 hours :huh: bah
Anyway, if anyone needs a lift to the lan along that route I might have a little bit of room (car type unknown as yet but probably small and cheap) I might be going home via london (and it might be an overnight stop back to bristol on the monday...)

FWIW, I did your route on my TomTom sat nav. It picked the same route as Google being the fastest (though not the shortest) but it says you'll do it in 3 hours 20mins.
I'd be surprised if, traffic dependent, it did take much longer than 3.5 hours.
