Before I discovered DMW I used to play GTR online a lot. I did have a look at LFS but will probably wait for GTR Legends to come out, that looks like it will be a great game with some classic cars (literally!)

Is this still the case? I sort of, well, you know, feel the urge again. OK to tell the truth I've bought S2 so where is the server Ron? God you leave for a year and things go to pot ;)

Um uh? wassat? Oh hello Mike. Sorry the server wasn't up. Oh well, see you next year then :D
I've been getting back from the hospital a bit late.

Look for Dead Men Racing in the server list, or join specific game and type it in.

It's on now

nah I know you been busy mate. Hope Arja's recovery is continuing to go well?

Anyway just to let you know that S2 has got me excited about racing again so if your server is around I'll try to join :)

Been a while since I ate your dust (we can always setup a channel in the dmw TS server for racing with :)

Well I've just checked out the LFS website, very impressed the graphics look amazing and the physics models sounds good. I've d/l this and will give it a bash as soon as my pc is up and running, not long now.

Good to meet you at the LAN doorman, I was the guy who annoyed you while having dinner, by mentioning the age thing, but I certainly won't mention it again  :)  I look forward to racing against you!

I have a Logitech Driving Force Pro (PS2) great wheel, and with 900 % rotation.

Yep - looked at LFS - looks good so am going to give it a try...

Like the tracks and the cars on the site.

Doubt I will be any good at this - but it looks fun and that's the main thing.

Will be practising this weekend!

:)

I alsp run a Teamspeak server called, wait for it.........Dead Men Racing. :D (fertile imagination, me) IP 82.34.43.77:8767 although if we get too many people on it might be a good idea for you to create another channel. Both LFS and TS are run from my server. Anyway, be great to see you.

You've got the perfect wheel! I've got one and swear by it. Oh, you didn't really annoy me, there's a side of me that enjoys being the old git and a side that thinks I shouldn't be regarded as any different. I HAVE to say something.

Played the demo for an hour on a server of some kind. I suck, badly. The sim feels good and the graphics are nice. Not often I play in 1600x1200 with 100 FPS :)

It might be worth removing the channel password as you already have to use a password to get into the TS server itself.
