Rather a annoying story so far:
After finally deciding to upgrade my server i came accross this site which had the item in stock and for £10 cheaper than anywere i could find, i checked out their company and they seemed ok so i purchased a item on their site on the 16th September 2005.
19th September: I emailed them to see were my order was
In between these dates i sent them more emails regarding the status of my order no reply until 4 days later :angry: .
23rd September: A email from them:

27th September: I emailed them to check the status of my order...
29th September: Wow a email back and quick 48 hours!!!!

3rd October: No Product! I emailed them to say nothing had arrived
4th October: No Product! I once again emailed them to say nothing has arrived i am now awaiting for their reply, i really do hate this company crap customer service and once this is done im never using them again. "Use at your own risk" And after some digging on other forums this has apparntly been happening a lot with this company. Think ill drive down on thusrday to their shop and either demand the product or a refund. I just hope i dont have to claim it off my creadit card company.
Thought id just write this to imform people about this company and what a crap experiance i have had of them. And btw their telephone numbers on their site are dead i have tried only way of contact is email :ranting: .

bugger..I ordered a system from them a few weeks ago.
I did read on the web somewhere that they suck (in terms of customer support).
I have been able to get through via phone everytime.
What number do you use?
Recently i built a small rig and did find eclipse to be the cheapest on the web for quite a few components. I saw that the items i wanted were all "usually" in stock but just to be safe i gave them a call to see if they had all the items in stock. I rang them up and after a lengthy wait i finally got through. I was then told that all my requested items were out of stock. Its a good job i didn't order from them and i bought them all from ebuyer. The auto stock adjustment on ebuyer's website and other similar tools is often a tool taken for granted.
