I just want to say thanks for the great games tonight, especially to those in squad with me in Cleansweep. We were 4 vs. 4 players on the map and ppl were up for some teamwork and combined effort. I played SL and tried to hide and stay alive and from that we tried some simple strategies, where we sticked together closely - that worked out well. AFAIK that is the first time I have played AAS modded Cleansweep and pushed all the way back with even players, and even underpowered later on, as one player left us. Awesome playing guys!
Yes i was there on the other team it was a great game and a few knife fights thrown in , brill games of which i hope there will be many more

Yeah I did my first knife kill on Mashtuur City. Sneaked up and cut slices of mono's ass while he was sniping :lmfao: Amazing, you can kill a guy by slashing him in the a*rse with a knife three times!
I actually heard him coming, but I knew I wouldn't be able to switch weapons and turn around so I just let him do his thing... erhm... that didn't come out right
It was some intense fighting yesterday. I never quite got the grips on Clean Sweep, but Mashtuur, Karkand and even Kubra Dam went really well.
But I don't know why my mic wasn't working. After we quit, Delan and I tried messing with local servers. When I acted as server the mic worked fine, but when he was server it didn't. He didn't even get the graphical indication you get when someone speaks.
Funniest moment:
Mashtuur City, sniping from the roof opposite the Mosque. I had a feeling that Delan was about to do his knife thing again since I had been taking out quite a few people. So I went to the ladder and started climbing down. As it turned out, Delan was on his up the ladder at the same time. For a second or two I was standing on his head while we both tried to figure out what to do next. I flew up the ladder and turned around quickly to be ready for his ascend, only to lose my balance (or whatever) and fall over the edge.
After hitting the ground pretty hard I discovered that Delan had slided to the ground, and was laying there firing at me. So I popped him three or four times with the silenced pistol. I survived the thing with one bar of health left :D
I was laughing out loud from the sudden adrenalin kick :P
Yep - top game. Very intense...
The pace of our games is getting very fast now - but, strangely, our games are also getting longer!
Explain that!
;)
You gave us a very hard time, pushing us all the way back.
That 'Ghost' guy was terrific wasn't he?
You squad Leader skills were excellent delanvital...I knew what you were up too, but just couldn't find you most of the time in order to stop you!
The best battle was at the 'Abandoned Village'.
Every time I brought our tank up there seemed to be a TOW and 2 AT rockets coming at me!
Well played!
:)

I on the other hand had the feeling you kept finding me. It was almost always you who figured out where I was hiding. Even though I changed positions alot. The best part was taking the first flag. Ppl just kept spawning on me, right at the flag, until we managed to get a hold.
