i've been wondering for a while if there is a reason for not being able to change the view of the vehicles when driving??? :eyebrow:
i just think its a bit wierd and my driving is usually worse than it can be, but any way i arent the best at driving jeeps any way (as people may know)
but i was just wondering if there is a reason for it??

I think that's been disabled as it gives a player an unfair advantage...
eg. a tank driver can use it to see possible c4 attacks...sniper can us it to check behind...etc.
It's to stop people sitting in a tank when capping a flag rotating through the views to stop sneaky SF with there C4 and other unsporting advantages :)
yeah what blunt said :)
sounds like it was a good idea then :)
problem is it does work sometimes, I used it last night in a game.
The 'external views' is switched off for the reasons already stated. However, we do allow the nose cam view as it makes it fairer when flying helos.

I couldn't get nose cam on helos or planes the other night... Thought it was my binds that were busted :|

I forgot to switch it on
I think it would be fairer to not allow nose cam either. as it gives the gunner in choppers a big advantage when hovering to cap a flag.
