Hi all...
I have a data pojector - just wondered if it would be fun to have at the LAN.
Not sure what we would do with it (aside from show big screen porn for Benny and Sheepy!) - but if anyone can think of a good way to use it over the course of the weekend I'll happily bring it along.
Thought of maybe setting up a Xbox or PS2 for some big screen gaming for those not playing on the compies...(Or finish the night with a movie before bed?)
But I guess it's a space issue.
Anyroad...As I say, if you want it I have it!

A film could be a good idea. Either you decide what movie or make a poll or something, otherwise it would take to long time to come to an agreement me thinks...
Maybe a looping movie fragment with an easter bunny?

The projector could also feature a large picture of a window with a blue sky, green grass, and all sorts of nature stuff. You could even have a soundtrack with little birds chirping... you know... to stay in touch with real life, without it getting too real :D

There's been talk in the past of projecting some of the compos - hltv in particular, but someone forgot their projector first time :blush: and second time no-one could be TANGO'd to set it up..
If there is a competition that involves more than two teams, a sort of knockout compo, then the semi and final could be projected for the losers to watch (with a suitable delay).

The final at the LAN earlier in the year was projected onto the wall with a HLTV delay. It was fun watching myself getting killed 20 seconds after I died the first time :D

the lan befor last i brough a projector in. it didnt realy get used al that much so i couldnt see the point in bringing it again, plus we tended to play more bf2.
oh sorry i havent been about much, new job is keeping me out of trouble.. i mean busy. :)
