LOL...
Am currently looking into ergonomic keyboards for me girlfriend (who has a little RSI that we don't want to get worse)...And while looking I found this little gadget which adds an additional 16 user assigned keys to your keyboard!
(WARNING: this is for the uber-game-geek who REALLY can't have enough keys!)
X-Keys Stick
(http://www.keytools-ergonomics.co.uk/keyboards/images/xkeysstick.jpg)

OK - and now the punch line ---- it's ONLY £79.95 ex. VAT & delivery!
LOL
...Actually, I found this on teh same site, and although expensive actually does look a bit more practical - epsecially for long mouse based game sessions (I can see 'pro' players thinking this might be indespenable)...
Ergorest Armrest
(http://www.keytools-ergonomics.co.uk/accessories/images/ergoRest_hr3.jpg)
Link: Mouse/keyboard arm rest (http://www.keytools-ergonomics.co.uk/accessories/ergorest.asp)
Again - quite a bit of dosh: From £89 ex. VAT
...But what price your health?
I've had a go on one of those mouse-armrest thingies. Very cool :) There's a shop in london that sells them and has all that sort of thing on demo units and they fit you out in a nice chair etc etc and adjust everything right...
I have a table next to my desk, i rest my arm on there.
I have these little things on the side of my chair that seem to work well when I rest my arms on them, & they came free with the chair, bargain.

LMAO!
(...Unfortunately on my chair - you did see me at the LAN didn't you - aren't high enough for me to rest my arms...)
I was considering nailing a plank of wood to my desk to do this job! Cheap and easy!
;)

I've just got a desk that is deep enough to fit the majority of my arm on the desk itself. Particularly now i've got TFTs so i've been able to shift my monitors back and rescue a fair bit of desk real estate.

I too have just rediscovered the desk that was under my monitor. You know it really is incredibly useful for putting things on.
I have evn started resting my arms on it - fantastic. I can now even face the desk rather than the corner of the desk, which was where I had to have the monster 21" CRT.
It seems that the world must now be full of redundant CRTs in all sizes. And reclaimed desks!

It's really a pain. I cant throw it away because its a good bit of kit. But I cant move in my room.

I'm giving my 21" monitor away to my father in law :D
I have a long thin desk that I sit 90degress to, the monitor at one end and me sat to one side at the other end. Base unit makes a good warm foot rest for winter and i get to put my arm nice n' comfy on the desk. Oh and keyboard on my lap.
