Although the carrier one looks complex, it actually flows quite well.

MEC attack through the boat dock and are in the engine room straight away, the mess hall is straight along the corridors on the same level, you then go up some stairs to the fore hanger deck, the aft hangar deck is at the far end of the same large area. There is a plane lift which gets you up to the flight deck and then the viewing tower is the last point of attack.
