So are you to say OB that a machine that picks up offensive language is to used in place of an admin's judgement?

For you to close a thread and again not even to open this up to debate is again bad form on your part in my opinion.
I said a silly thing to a silly machine and nothing else. I did not continue to swear or use foul language yet you feel that I am "subjecting" new tag wearing members to abuse..
I received no real warning except that from an impartial machine. You did not warn me personally nor did any other admin. You took offense to it and abused your powers to Ban me from the server. As the rules state, can you be 100% sure that my warning and subsequent Ban was visable to all members on the server? Did you inform them of why I was Banned (Looking at Arm's comments I think not)?
Hopefully I will have my day and my case will be heard. I again think that you are using your admin powers to an abusive level by censoring me and cutting me off by closing the previous (and undoubtedly this) thread(s).
Should I also warn the "new tag wearing memebers" that this is not a diplomatic group that allows it's members to challenge authority and also to have it publicly done? Is this a democracy or a dictatorship? Don't you think that the other members of our community have the right to have this played out publicly and witness the style of managment which we have here?
Are you concerned that perhaps I am correct and that you reacted too hastily and now are in a position of having your judgement questioned? Perhaps you're concerned about having to publicly admit that you are human and perhaps were having an off day yourself when you decided to wield your Admin powers so descively?
I have already set my complaint in motion. If I am wrong I will begrudginly leave dMw and after over three years of membership that will be unfortunate.. However I will not be part of any organization that allows abuse of power such as this and when challenged does anything it can to cover it up.
To all my friends I have made at dMw and to all of those that were on the server on Sunday night, if I have offended you I sincerely apologize however I feel that I am being victomized here due to the fact that I challenge the authority of the admins from time to time to bring what I would call a healthy balance to the community.
For all of those that I have drank and "broken bread" with at the LAN's, this could be my last few posts (except a public apology to OB should I be judged as out of line or fail in my complaint against OB). I hope that we get to meet again at future LAN's but I fear my time is running out. Take Care and Play to Win..

Just to clarify, I was asked by an auto-attendant to stop swearing which I responded with a flippant reply (as I was speaking to a machine) which included a swearword however masked with a $.
I received no warning other than the automatic one yet you indicate that I was warned twice. This is simply not the case and I would invite you to clarify your statement and perhaps correct it.

Ninja. This is not open to public debate for obvious reasons. I have let you have your say (twice) but I now insist you take this matter to the admins.
If you post about this matter in public again then I will have no option but to ban you from the forum.
Before closing this thread I repeat again - you were warned by an admin. It makes no difference that you consider it to be a machine - either way you were judged to be seriously out of line with your reply.
