It doesn't work.

According to that site my 128kbps ISDN allows me to surf at 599.1 Kbps or 73.4 K bytes/sec 8O Me thinks not.

Probably seeing the data allready downloaded in your cache or something, try clearing stuff like that and doing the test again.

TeaLeaf, it just prooves your using a proxy located somewhere where there is >3Mbit/s spare.
