OK, I've just trawled through the member list. There is a number of people that either could be now or could be in the future (depending on how long they've been around) invited to join Charlie. It is not a definitive list it's just to see if we have missed anyone obvious!
I have removed people that are obviously not candidates (have already applied, are already being invited, are part of other clans or are not around enough)
