Here's a problem I have occassionally (not every time whish is strange)...
I have a USB Razor Dimondback ~ and occassionally I find, on startup, that WIndows just doesn't pick up that teh mouse is there!
I have to pull the USB cable out then put it back in - THEN Windoz 'sees' it!
Anyone have a remedy for this?
R
i have the same mouse just unplug it then plug it back in it works for me :thumbsupsmileyanim:

Same problem here, intermittent, I just switched it so its now connected to the usb in my monitor that way I don't have to go routing under my desk amid the spaghetti junction of wires.
i have usb ports on front of case so its no probs there

Ah good idea...
Guess it must be some sort of USB power problem...
Pity there isn't some sort of permanent solution.
...Forgot about all thise extra USB ports under the Dell monitor! LOL
Use PS2. ;)
Three fingered salute(ctrl-alt-del)then escape it,this can sometimes fix it.
Yup, exactly the same problem with the same mouse here too. As people have said, I just unplug and replug. Unfortunately my monitors don't have USB ports on 'em, so I have to go rooting around behind the case.
