Hi guys. Sorry to forum hop.
I was on the xFire website just looking at my stats and I see 'Most Dedicated Gamer' in my network. TeaLeaf 66 hours in WoW last week. That is nearly 10 hours a day. Surely that cant be playing all the time? Guy step away from the computer 8)
Is this game that good? Should I have a look over xmas? Is it best to get on with life and use the 66 hours for other stuff?
I saw that. :)
The guy is a legend :worship:
Stay away from the game....
You will not have any type of real life.
Only go near this game when you:-
Are Single
Are Recently made single
Want to piss the Mrs off
Want to sleep in the spare room
Want Sleep in the chair infront of the PC
Eat, Drink, Sleep, crap etc and don't mind..... in front of the PC.
Don't mind answering to your in game name.

Maybe he turns the game on but just leaves his character 'chillin' on the server while he does real life stuff...

I think that you may have given me too much information about your lifestyle here.
:roflmao:
Perhaps WoW is best avoided then. I guess I am grateful to you for the warning. Now can you get a house cleaner in?
AFK for more than 10 minutes and get disconnected

You're right, I'm not on there all the time.
Online in the game, yes. At the keyboard, no.
And if you have an automated scan running then no you don't get disconnected after 10 minutes.
TL.
Actually, I've just done the math.
Given that I like 7 hours sleep a night and typically work a 52 hour week, Xfire reckons I spend 100% of my remaining time online playing WoW. Now that's really impressive seeing as on Saturday I was out from 09.30 until 14:00 and on Sunday I was offline from the time I woke up until about 18:00.
Given these statements and the abundantly clear evidence of me actually eating, drinking and taking my family out and about I can now confirm that I have now figured out what is wrong.
Xfire. That's what's wrong - it can't bloody add up. :roflmao:

Well, if you'd take a look at my CS: CZ time: 729 hrs. It's all true. But I reckon Doris and Hippy make loads more hours on that.
yea me + hippy = your time duvel :P
we dont ALWAYS play cz
Whenever I'm playing, you guys allways are allready playing.
You guys just don't have your Xfire on allways. ;)
that is ture, doris always on bod, hacking the people like me :(

Space-time flux thingy - time folding around xmas - xfire cant be wrong.
Apparently my interest in WoW is waning as my sig says only 37 hours now, even though my playing pattern has not changed at all!
Sometimes I think a higher power is at work.... :tumbleweed:

Who? BB?
New record, apparently, even with the days away with relatives over Christmas when I had no PC time at all, I now have 85 hours on WoW in the last week - that's over 12 hours per day. Wonder if it will get me to 100?
:lightbulb: Me thinks their database is somewhat porked :roflmao:
TL.
I dont have xfire on but i know i've been playing allday for about 3 days. And yes i have no life.
Hmmm, apparently I spent only 24 hours in the last week playing WoW instead of the previously recorded 85 hours.
As I therefore appear to have gained an unexpected 62 hours for my week would someone please advise me whether the extra 2.5 days are added to my weekends or do they form part of the normal working week? :tumbleweed:
