My computer has been crashing recently it stopped for a few days now its started again i found the error message that could cause it

Are you starting CZ from a desktop shortcut, the games menu in steam or from the server browser? Can you try the different methods to see if any of them give you a stable program?
Best to try the following WITHOUT joining a server (just start CZ):
Make sure your config file is NOT write protected and if you can get CZ working set the video to something like 800x600 and DirectX (if that doesn't work try 800x600 in OpenGL but aim for DirectX first. If you can get it running then set the video mode you want and restart it in that mode. If it is stable then you can write protect your config again and try joining a server.
I've had this before and that cured it Hope it works for you honey? ;)

ive turned V.SYNC ON, it works fine :)
