We wanted a new Rig for my inlaws and thier lad, so a few weeks ago I ask Norm about specing a Rig along the lines of AMD64 3200, 1gig Ram, 120HDD, £100-£150 GFX Card and possible a TFT.
Well, no surprise but Norm comes back with a great spec and even manages to add in a 17" TFT (12ms which is good enuf for them :) ).
AMD 64 Athlon 3200 (939)
1Gig of Ram (Kingston)
120Gig SATA HDD
Combo DVD/CDR
Gainward 6600GT ultra 256 graphics
XP Home Edition.
17" TFT (12ms)
Took delivery of the Box yesterday and to my surpise it came with a nice looking case (nicer then i expected). But even more to my surprise we got new mouse/keyboard/speaker/Sub all in black. The system looks ace alsetup in my office, im tempted to keep it now :P.
Moral of the story, buy from Norm, you'll get it in time for Christmas! :thumbsup:

Nice setup, but I would go for 2gb of RAM. 1 doesn't cut the mustered these days :unsure:

I dont think this was ment to be an all out gameing rig,just one that was capable of playing latest games.Runs BF2/Farcry very nicely. :D
