Gents,
This is an early headsup to a major revamp of dMw that will take place in the new year. The first step will be an overhaul of the admin structure so that we have the right people doing the right jobs for the community. When that is completed we will have a blueprint for a multi-game, multi-tiered community to take us into the next stages of our evolution. This will happen in the very near future.
I'd ask you all to consider the role you would want in this new structure. In particular, TeaLeaf and I will be looking for people to take a more active role as more of the work and the responsibilities are devolved and delegated. You will be contacted individually (when the time comes) to discuss your admin status and where you want to go with it in the future.
I don't know what plans you have in store for the CZ servers but after yesterdays tournament I went on the BoD server for a while and later on transferring to the Axia server. I think it is sad that we don't have any action on the TCS server anymore and maybe we should open one server for public play. At least as an option for the BoD server with the possibility of admin power of course. Also I think it is a waste having a server running and no one uses it. On the Axia server they had some interesting extras installed e.g. auto control of AWP/SNIPER when one team was winning, extra prize money if you killed someone who had more than five consecutive kills, limited buy options if you had a too good K/D ratio, TK/TW features etc. I bet that if we ask the admins at Axia we could get their config. cs@axia.org.uk is the e-mail adress.

I don't know if your after suggestions
but would it not be a good idea to subsection the BF2 forum ( ie. Interesting bits, The daily banter from people with obviously not enough work to do :blush: and a Ranger section :dribble: )
The big picture involves a complete revamp including website and forums.
