What an epic game on Karkand (last game of the night), very tactical, we (Boris, Ranger, Blunt and myself) lost but we had a great time doing it. Played to you guys too (lib, Paddy, Toxeth and ? one other whose name escapes me. 8)

Yeah that was a very intense game from start to finish even though there was only 8 of us. Very well played, lasted ages though, had a job to move afterwards.
Well done to Lib btw, did a excellent job as Squad leader there, i'm sure the other squad leader was just as good (still don't know who it was though).

Very close game tonight, glad I could put SAK up as the last map for everyone.
We finally managed to win despite my SL'ing, was down to about 16-1 on tickets when we finally got ya.
Bummer. Guess I chose the wrong server tonight :)

I really don't mind losing in a game like that, really enjoyable all round and I'm looking forward to the big game tomorrow :D
Also nice to see Wideslice one of the old BIG guys back online and playing BF2 on the dMw server. hopefully he'll be on more regularly.

had really good time , ranger well played as s/l and when i was on libs side he played s/l well, all in all some cracking games last night with lots of teamwork had a lot of fun untill i decided to find a dns, and having my 18 mth old baby manage to fall out of her cot :blink:
(she was alright btw :smile: )
i still dont understand why owning all the flags but 2 didnt trigger the winning countdown for our team :blink:

Well, I was knckered after Karkand!
It went all tactical at the end - LOL! Was rather funny as NOBODY wanted to make a move eventually because every death counted at that point!

Bit I did find funny was C4ing Toxteth in his tank which he was riding up and down from the Market place but not quite daring to go right up to the Suburbs as he knew there was mines/C4 up there waiting for him. LMAO
(...So I sneaked down BEHIND him and layed C4 at the bottom of the hill!)
It was that kind of sneaky game - everyone was playing little cunning strategies.
Fantastic.
Enjoyed my SLing earlier ~ fortunately had a great team that brought off a terrific win at Daqing Oilfield. The battle for the Gas Station was mad!
The bit where we ALL spotted that tank at the same time, sending three or four AT at it at once was hillarious! ~ Whoever was in it must've thought:-

Really enjoyed my first night back after the Xmas break! Good practise for the 31st!

Must say its great to find a jewel of a server like this. This is how the game should be played and last night was a cracker, just had to stay to the bitter end.
