Title: no serves in game list...

im having some probles with my CS:CZ, well its all HL1 and mods actually....

i can log onto steam and can see all the servers. its showing a good ping and all. i can then se;ect a server from the steam list and it loads the game and joins the server - no problem (this also works on XFIRE).

if i load up the game first (this doenst apply to CSS, HL2 and HL2 mods) and the search for servers or refresh my favorite servers it doenst find anything!
it cant be a firewall problem if it joins servers when loaded from the steam server list or xfire  :mad:

has anyone else come across this problem?

Check the settings of the program before starting (connection and so).

ok it turns out its the friends beta....
i removed the "-clientbeta steam3friends -beta steam3friends" from my steam.exe and its fine now  :blink:
