Title: PRICE REDUCTION & LATE BAR NEGOTIATED

I am pleased to announce that we have been able to negoiate a reduction in the rates previously agreed with the Oliver Cromwell.  Room Rates are now confirmed as:-

£56 per room double occupancy(£28 pp) Bed & Breakfast
£45 sole occupancy Bed & Breakfast
 
These savings should mean that your weekend's room booking is now £24 CHEAPER than was originally announced.  

FRIDAY NIGHT WELCOME MEAL
We have had to work very closely with the Hotel to negotiate these savings and we hope you make the most of them during your stay!  I would urge every attendeee to plough these savings back into joining us at the WELCOME MEAL from the hotel restaurant on the Friday evening.  As in the past, we have been allocated Ballroom 2 for our exclusive use.  Why not start the LAN with some fine food, fine wine and even better company!

LATE BAR
I am also delighted to announce that we have been able to persuade them to keep the bar open late for us as they have done in the past.  The bar will therefore close at the following times:

Friday evening - the bar will remain open until 3.00am Saturday morning
Saturday evening - the bar will remain open until 1.00am Sunday morning

A quote from a very old joke whereby the Lone Ranger and his faithful Indian (red) sidekick Tonto were surrounded by a screaming horde of Apaches. On reflection, it's got nothing to do with the Cisco kid and his sidekick Pancho  :blush:
