Make sure you download and use TeamSpeak for the raid. The ability to hear instructions, to know when MT1 has died and MT2 has become the MT makes the raid go *very* much more smoothly because you react to what you hear much more quickly than someone else can type and you can read. It also makes organising a pull a breeze so we pull quicker and get more phat loot!
Just a quick heads up, we're changing the location of the TS server shortly to a new server and the new IP will be posted here when the change happens.
In the mean time this is just to warn you that it will change shortly so that you remember to check here for the new IP etc details.

The TS server has multiple channels that make day to day membership much more enjoyable becaus eyou can be tlaking to others at the same time as playing. The channels are set up for zone or instance to allow parties or instance raids to communicate better.
Make sure that you have TS installed and that you can join the channels before you start raiding - and make sure you have selected the 'press to talk' option in the Settings menu ;)

We have increased the current maximum of 64 slots on the TS server to 100 slots in order to carry both RG1 and RG2 simultaneously. This should avoid the server getting 'full' if other dMw users are using the other non-SoG channels.
Just to make sure, we will be moving to a dedicated SoG TS server in the next week or two, that way the full 100 slots will be ours. IF we need anything more than that then there are cost implications (we have to buy a TS licence whereas the up to 100 user licence is free), but I am hoping that we will only really get busy on Thursday nights.

The IP and PORT number have changed and these details have been edited into the top post.
The SoG TS server has been moved to a new box and now has a 100 user limit dedicated to SoG. All non-SoG channels have been removed on this install, so it is ours and ours alone! The dedicated 100 slot limit will comfortably meet the need for both RG1 and RG2 raiding at the same time.
Please update your server settings to reflect the new details. The old server will be shut down within the next 24 hours, so please start using the new one immediately.
If you have any TS problems relating to the new server then please send me a PM describing the problem and we'll see if we can sort it out.

Please be aware that DNS changes were made to the above IP at about 8am this moring. They usually ripple around the world fairly quickly, but it appears that as at now they haven't all updated.
