Can I check what we're measuring here? I thought what we were checking was availability rather than attendance? Thus not necessarily the people who got into the raid, but those who on any given night were available to raid and wanted to get in?

I am thinking of not fillingthe rec for guardian.
Was thinking of noting down dates of missed raids /not on during raid .
and editing them out if they were far appart. tho currently posting attended raid dates :/ think We need to agre on a effective method of dooing this.Or we wil be looking at some weird data that noone understand.

Why don;t we post the queue list here instead? That way if we need to review attendance we can fairly quickly add up the raids and the queue slots from this thread. It also gives us all ready access to the queue list.
Or am I missing something here? :help2:

You should keep track of defenders too. Especially one that wants to be bumped up to Guardian.
Okee TL, what i been doing is keeping track of ppl that join our raids in this way:
Guardian:
Bastet, Attended 3, Queue 0, Missed 0 (100%)
Menedil, Attended 3, Queue 0, Missed 0 (100%)
Dalto, Attended 2, Queue 1, Missed 0 (100%)
Noevra, Attended 3, Queue 0, Missed 0 (100%)
Kain, Attended 1, Queue 2, Missed 0 (100%)
Bricktamland, Attended 1, Queue 1, Missed 1 (66%)
Defender:
Iruga, Attended 0, Queue 0, Missed 0 (0%)
As you can see from above list we currently have an avg showup of arround 5 2/3 rogue per nite, so far in 3 raids 4 rogues where in que for an avg of 1 1/3 per raid. This could sujest the current level of attendance between rogues is so high we dont actualy need 6 guardians. If other people would use this same system it would give us an idea on wich classes barely make the 2/3 requirement and wich classes might be better off with a guardian less.
Now as far as i can see we only keeping this info for 4 of the 8 classes we have atm. But if any1 has a better idea about attendance i am all ears.
Someone already keeps the queue list - post it up. We already have the attendance on DKP site, so marry the two together as and when we need to review and we have a proper attendance record.
Do we need 8 people doing this each raid all the time rather than the above simpler solution?
