We need to update the membership list to include all those from RG1 and RG2 so that we have a better idea of what will be possible. Bastet is th elist guru - any chanc eof such a list please? We can then overlay possible Northern Guard members etc and see how the numbers stack up so that we can properly assess applications for Defender too.

I believe he put it "All my friends are in RG1 and if I can't play with them, this game has nothing for me anymore". (loosly what he said)

I was going to suggest, probably needlessly that you would have regular defender raiders willing to help lead the RG. Two officers are gonig to find it hard going. Why not select a couple of defenders and give them promotions in the Raid to be the regular 'officers' on those evenings?
Maybe its planned already, but damn, this is good news!
If I recall we had already decided to eventually have RG2 develop its own leaders. Why don't we post to ask if anyone is interested in taking an active lead in RG2? We could do this either before or after we get the new members from Northern.

We can still state the intention up front - we do not have to dit until later, but it will answer some initial questions.
Also, if RG1 does not need them, then we could use the Guildbank supply of random epics to start supplying to RG2 members to sort of help them along ASAP.
It woudl also be helpful to have some RG1 Hunters in the MC raid next week for Lucifron to pick up the Tranq shot - that will really help us in the RG2 raid, might be time to ask some Hunters to drop for that boss only on the MC run? Just thinking of the advance plannign requirements ;)
