Anybody see ITV's special report yesterday onto the billions of "lost dollars" in Iraq. $50bn still "unaccounted for" and the general cronyism that went on. Quite appalling really...

Didn't hear about that. I know a lot of charities actually recieved more money than they needed for their specific job i.e. the charity that provides immediate emergency medical aid, doctors, nurses etc, right at the start of the disaster were able to do all their life saving work and then still had money left over. But I did not know that NONE got through. What was your source?

His source was probably BB.
I must say that I did hear that it didn't went that well with the money for the tsunami and that even a charity stopped because of to much money and that they couldn't handle it.

I forget which government paper it was but it was rather hidden and reworded. Anyway its sad as imagine what the money is going to be spent on. Iraq anyone :(? When it sould be given to those who are trully in need :).
