My g/f went to the Scottish championships today in Glasgow and won her third gold medal in sparring. She beat a dude about twice her size in the final :blink: of the first one she won when she was a yellow belt. Makes all the training and bruises worth it i spose,especially as its usually moi who ends up bruised :pinch: so I may be a bit worse for wear this evening (for a change) thanks to a nice Dalwhinnie I have been saving for a special occasion. Her black belt is next then i suppose i'll be in real trouble as she has to break a hoose brick (with her feet ).
