i'm only mildly-serious, and i haven't really thought this through....but,
has anyone ever considered using guerilla/psychological tactics during a match before? i'm thinking such as par example;
a) typing messages on the open channel such as "i'm in the house i see three targets", "in position ready to go now", "i'm behind target 3 now waiting for go", "waiter waiter there's a fly in my soup" etc.... to confuse and unsettle the opposition. (the messages would be bound to keys, btw, to save constantly getting shot while we're trying to intimidate them)
B) Warning the enemy CT's that if they come one step closer we'll shoot the hossies. Then shoot a hossie. :-)
c) As CT's on a cs map, give the enemy the option to surrender (in a proper police siege scenario stylee) at the beginning of the round.
Although i don't think these are actually against the rules of PCS they might be against the *spirit* of PCS, but maybe in a close match in the last deciding round perhaps...? :wink:
What do you think, how do you feel about it?
(i have a few 'normal' strategies too btw, i don't always think like this :) )

My bet is that the CT's eventually calm the T's down, point out the error of the T's ways, then they all get together and clean the blood of the walls and all live happily in the house together. Until a disagreement over who is best, Pavarotti or Domingo, leads to everyone killing each other with the remaining hossies left sadly wondering what might have been....
