Wow players should also beware that using the automated Cosmos update routine usually allows Cosmos to clear out any other non-Cosmos mods from your Addons folder.  Caveat emptor!

It's never done that to me. Though I only really use a couple of things from cosmos anyway.

Do you use the Cosmos.exe way of starting WoW?  When you ran it that way (and WoW auto-loaded) it used to scrub non-Cosmos addons from the folder as part  of it's 'update' process.

yeah, cosmos.exe as it does its update. I like that as I'm lazy :P

I have several other addons and they're unaffected by it. So maybe they've realised that it was an error and corrected it.
