Hello
What you did in the BWL raid on sunday is causeing problems for the rest of us
so if you dont care to follow the rules as the rest of us please refrain from joining
when we got dedicated people ready to join that do care.
Or the officers will have to take action.
Ok kinda harsh, but it sure gets the message in there. Maybe TL could use the Diplomatic paintbrush on it and paint the picture we want without the black colors? :D

Hi Shadowelf
Following our discussion on Sunday I have had an opportunity to reflect and discuss things with the other Officers. Despite what you may think, what you did in the BWL raid does cause problems for the rest of us. The raid rules are there to ensure that the 40 people in the raid have a positive experience and make good progress in the instance. There are not many rules we ask members to comply with, but where we have a rule you need to adhere to it - the rules are there for your benefit!
We need a well coordinated raid group to progress well and the rules help us achieve this. If we are not well coordinated then progress both on the night and in the longer term will be slower and more expensive for each of the 40 raid members. Any one member not pulling their weight is a problem for the raid, so if you really do feel that the few rules laid down do not apply to you or that they are not for your benefit then perhaps you might think about whether or not raiding is for you?
We would like to see you make in the raid squad and making a positive contribution, so please help us make the raid nights work by adhering to the few rules we have. If you do then everyone's raiding will be all the better for it.
Word stuff done. Not sure if it has enoough of a 'velvet covered brick' feel to it, but let me know what you think.

Im always torn between being harsh and being diplomatic. Most situtations call for positive feedback, since it seems that the persons will react better accordingly. As officers we have a responsobility to make the guild flow with the best possible possible flow, but its hard sometimes when we keep getting unfairly criticised.
Enough rambling ^^
In this particular case, i think we should go along with the message but remember that we have very competent people standing in line to get a guardian spot.
Btw the text is fine

Having left this for 20 minutes and re-read it I think the message comes across loud enough. If we have good people wanting his spot and he continues to fail to adhere to the rules then I would suggest the next step is to warn him formally of his failure (giving him a final chance to change his behaviour) and then demote him if he continues to ignore the rules.

looks ok to me TL :)
