In this case it's for an above-the-line advertising campaign.
and yes, I'm busy!!!
And the sad fact is that someone's going to charge my client shed loads of money for coming up with that.. :frusty:
I think you've been wearing you're tronsuit to much...
The helmet might be a bit to tight ;).
And if you want a weirder one :
Did you know that hot water can freeze more quickly than cold water ?
strange but true

nope its true, its another reason u dont put hot water on ur windscreen. If its still freezing temp it will freeze quicker.
The Mpemba effect is a name for the observation that, in some specific circumstances, hotter water freezes faster than colder water.

I think the technical term is 'supercool liquid' and I agree, well cool :D
I thought that you didn't put boiling water on the windscreen as it may crack it if there is any weekness

yup, that's the main reason. However, it will freeze faster than cold water so as said you'll be buggered if it's still below 0.
I used to have great fun in the winter when I was a kid. We had sliding patio doors on the front porch so when it was cold, at night I'd boil the kettle then give the runners a good coating of nice hot water and close the door. Result = stuck door in the morning and a day off school :D
Trouble is, living on the south coast that little trick only worked once :(
their only jealous PEN cos they didnt know it

I'd like to see some concrete evidence.
In winter, if I pour cold water onto windescreen it freezes pretty damn quick and worsens the situation.
If I use warm water, it thaws it.

You have to pour it on slow so there's a constant stream of warm.......that or pish on your car.
