don't you just hate that?
I'm sure it's in the jeans :P
Can I just take a moment to remind everyone that while playing on the public server & you get someone you think is cheating or acting like a twat, please get a demo or some other proof. If someone comes on the forum moaning about being banned & we have no proof, its not gonna look very smart.
Thank you.

theres a little proof .. -2 his score, but yea Some sort of demo would be nice or screenshot

To be honoust, if a player of dMw sees someone like that...He and another forummember report it...Just ban...
If he comes over and complains...Let him sort it then...
(not to be down or stressed or so but we're not like BoD)

In console: ~
record GMJR
It will start a demo called GMJR
Then in console add: stop
It wil stop the demo and it will put it under your Steamdirectory which also has the screenshots in it.
Given the impeccable reputation and general behaviour of dMw members their word ought to be enough. But then I come from the 'hang 'em high' school of admin. You all know a/h's when you see them. The time honoured method is to ask them nicely....then ban their asses. 8)
Excuse me, didn't mean to interupt :byebye:

Alright?
We're going to turn into [BoD] if we do this (no offence to [BoD] because they're a great clan however they do have a ban roughly every other day. It's rediculous I tells ya!

We can't put up with this type of behaviour and if that results in us banning someone every other day to stop it then fine (we don't hand out permanent bans, usually 24 hours). We just need to make sure that the ban is for a good reason and that enough warnings have been given. A good kick is usually a better starting point.
It would be good if anyone giving a ban logged it in the game admin section.
Agree with Whitey..
usually a kick would be enough to tell them .... "oi, watch your step, ass wipe" ... if they persist even after a few warnings .... record them acting the TANGO then ban 'em.................. job done

we dont ban people like that, on the ban list there are 4 people on it.. We ARE NOT turning into BoD
I will get a demo next time but just to add there were two charlie co members playing both of whom were team attacked and gettin a lil stressed. I got team attacked then team killed asked him politely to stop and he killed me in ct spawn for my troubles. I jus left as having just stopped smokin the last of the smoke was comin oot ma lugs.
im sure when the other 2 members read this they will (hopefully) back me up.
You are right scot!! He killed me aswell :ranting:

Yes i wasn't saying we should just put up with that behaviour but warnings and kicks like MADness suggested would be better before immediate 24 hour bans.

Agreed Mad but can't it sometimes tempt people to go the other way i.e. a reaction causes a bigger reaction etc. Just one other point we don't want flame wars on the forum and so its maybe best if the simple kick/ ban routine is adheared to rather than banter on the forums and on the servers. However i haven't ever really seen anyone on the servers to warrant banning in the past. Anyway there is usually a admin such as Blueball or Oldbloke at hand for any problems that we may have. I am sure if they are availiable all the admins would be happy to help at a moments notice.
:) :huggy:
On what server was it btw,?
On the public server (Razer).

I have to say, in my opinion it's a good thing that when someone does something clearly against rules, is warned and still continues, that they are kicked. Someone tking or doing something else like that that is against the rules, is undermining the whole purpose of the dMw servers: to have a fun game of TCS and to not have to worry about the tker on your team or being left alone with the bomb when everyone else goes frag hunting.
Just my humble opinion.
