DKP stands for Dragon Kill Points. It's a system used to provide fair distribution of loot in raids.
In short you get a given amount of DKP for each houre spent in the raid, for each boss kill and so on. Than when there is some loot, the one with the highest amount of DKP gets to pick first, and the item he gets costs a certain amount of DKP :)

I can safely say that no one in the guild has ever reacted that way in a raid, its usually all friendly, the majority of players 90% just want to get along, but you get the odd few which are an '1337' group of people (usually in the same guilds) that like to P\/\/|\| everything they can do :P
As already said :D teaelle is much much much much more calmer than that for our raids, dont think hes ever raised his voice at anyone?
