Cause of the next patch the librams will not be needed for the enchants again.(see another post on this forum else where). Now some ppl have bought the librams and it would be a waste for them if they dont get the enchants now its still there, so we have talked about it and we think we sould give ppl the priority on the primal hakkari part if they have the libram. This is open to discussion atm.

Yeah I see the problem in this. And nobody knows if the libram still give the same after the patch. So I am in on that part, but shoud not be the big problem right now. We clear all instance and there will be alot of drops og them in there.
And dont thing that much ppl got this situation.
Might be an idea not to make any rules on stuff not even in the game yet? From that post even Blizzard doesn't know what will drop it yet.
What we also don't know is what do they mean by next patch? The next minor bugfix patch, like 1.10.4 or something. Or the next content patch 1.11? If it's the latter it's gonna be at least a couple of months before this goes live.
My suggestion is get it in game, do a couple of runs, see how it works. Then discuss it.
It's a rule on stuff which IS currently in the game, but may not be in the next patch.
People have spent hundreds of gold on librams for the enchants, when this is implemented, if they have not cashed it in already the hundreds of gold will be wasted.
If we "wait and see" then people may have wasted the gold. If we do something now, the worst that could happen is someone has to wait till the next run to get a drop. Oh noes!
I agree, use it now - or when the rules change then you'll be stuck with a useless Libram and waiting for a new rare drop from ZG to finish your enchant. Nobosy is buying them at the moment and you can see the price has dropped by over 200G on Libram of Focus already for example.

I misunderstood Luna here. Somehow I managed to get the idea that she wanted to give people with the libram priority on the new required item when it is implemented. Now that I have grown a brain I kinda agree.
