The is has been a bit of bad blood about a ZG run that was done, here is the full story up for discussion:
Basicly on fryday nite a group cleared zul'gurub upto the hexxar, leaving him and hakkar for the next day. The next day due to a shortage of mages Furydwarfs alt, Frostymage was invited when the group was clearing the last of Jin'do's room. He then helped kill both him and hakkar and when hakkar was killed there was the following loot:

of that he won the roll for both the heart and sword and just loosing the wand to another group member. After he had won the roll luna gave him the option to pass on it, but he didnt, once he gotten the items he imidiatly left the group and went offline. Several hours later he whispered luna.

Now i dont know about you guys, but this is not behavour i would like to see, and espesialy his reply was way over the top. my recomendation is we give him some sorts of a warning.
There has been issues with Furydwarf in the past, and he isnt exactly on top of my favorite guild members. It seems in place to give a warning for this sort of behaviour.

and from what i seen in guild chat hes really loot whoring lately (he apperantly refused to give a libram of protection to a paladin that won the need roll cause his greed roll was higher)

well that was going on in guild chat at some point yesterday evening. Gorion and fury where dicussing it in guild chat and i am not sure how it got handed out in the end.

Things we should talk to him about:
Less usage of bad language, especialy refering to WWII
Presuring raidleaders (to give out info)
Notify raidleaders early about having to go
Taking of items (on alts that dont get out nearly as much as some1 else his main, specificly if said item is better then some of the MC/BWL lewt)
any other officers have something to add to that?
Tell him to shape up and get into the guild feeling. Sometimes we need to send a signal to members that they need to give something to the guild, instead of just taking
