Title: Draft GM Ticket Wording
Post by: TeaLeaf on May 09, 2006, 06:47:47 PM
QuoteThe current gaming environment provided by Blizzard does not allow us to enjoy and use the game as the designers intended and therefore now breaches our contract and fails the 'fit for purpose' test under EU law. I demand a refund for the gaming time lost as I am now unable to raid high level instances due to the constant and random disconnect and latency problems. Fix it or you may find thousands of subscriptions temporarily cancelled.
Please try to submit this under an Enviromental GM Ticket.  I am aware there is a max length limitation in the ticket - let me know if this is too long.

Just a small comment on the topic:

As you can see in this blue post (http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=989342) from the wow forums (about Blizzard's Battleplan for WoW), they are putting some major work in reducing the latenzy issues.

So let's just hope they can make it right, and that it won't be long untill we see better days :)

Oh someone hit the autoreply button.
Sorry but i dont see any use in these kinds of replys. We are working on it. They say that from bugs from the beta and some are still here. Dont get me wrong cause i cannot do it better then they do. But we pay for it. And atm i think alot only play a lot of wow to raid (at least its my main reason to play). Its good to see that they at least answer, but with an answer like this.............

Blizz forums note a 'progress report' of sorts on their search for the cause of the problems.  You can read the updates here (http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=1000766&p=1&tmp=1#post1000766).  It's not perfect, but at least we have confirmation they have set some muppets onto it.

Would that be the same kind of muppets you spoke about in this post (http://forum.deadmen.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=13864&view=findpost&p=128571)? And if so, how could that in any way comfort us :P

Looks like the muppets aren't doing too much good work these days :roflmao:
