I just want to moan about my sounds in CS.
I had to format on wednesday now my sounds are completely different, Sounds that are coming from straight in front of me are quieter than all the other noises including the ones behind me.
I have altered the speaker settings countless times but I just can't get it back to how it was. So if you see me spinning frantically its because im trying to suss out where 'that' sound is coming from.
<_<
It's really annoying me now becuase it was set perfect now i cant figure out what to change to make a particular 'speaker' (the front one) louder. Im using medusa 5.1s btw, i would have recommended them to anyone before but now I'm bitter.
Fridaynight coming up. Get in line to kill Hippy!
Revenge is sweet! ;)

I'll try that but Its fine when i run diagnostics (It says Front left, Front centre..etc) the sounds are just how i expect them to be, front loudest, side 2 loudest and rear quiet. Then i get in to game and it's all wrong.
Just been messing around with the calibration on my audigy 2 and the centre 'speaker' was -12db... so i went back through the calibration and put the corosponding slider to full. now its set at 0 like all the rest.
Just trying to find how to manually alter the sound levels other than using the damn 'advanced' setup. <_<
I know what i want loudest but 'computer says "no"'
