I hope it is okay I do this seperately. What are the best British shows and the alike?

My suggestions:

Faulty Towers
It's not the 9 o'clock news
Blackadder

Other candidates could be Bottom, Smith and Jones etc.

What do you say? I am sure I have forgotten some very important ones  :D

what about the navy drama from 2 years ago that was canned by the royal navy thru the courts for being crap....  and a cookie for the name( i know it)

'The Young Ones' got a massive cult following - and when you think it wasn't on for that many episodes its impact was truly immense.

'Not the Nine O'Clock News' was also a bit ahead of its time, but nowhere near as funny as TYO.
