I just saw Jariuna applying for RG1. I'd like to 'warn' you about Guardian promotion of her.
I know her from the old Northern Guards days, and well I hope you have noticed her in SoG.
I write pirmarily because I dont think she is aware of the RG1 concept, and how much she has to raid. As of now, she has problems attending RG2 raids, and showing up on time. She will be better off with RG2, im sure, and RG1 will be better off without. I just dont belive she has the time to raid with RG1.
I you decide to RG1 join her, the please make sure she understands her obligations towards RG1.
On the other hand, Deadlyspirit will be a great plus for RG1, and great loss for RG2. - Im sad we (might) lose him in RG2
This PM is only to give you the facts while considering Jariuna as Guardian. It's not because I want the spot, I want to help RG2 progress.
Please dont see me as a grumpy old man! - I mean this PM for the good of RG1+2

Honestly i wouldnt promote either, RG2 need em both. Deadly are proving to be a very competent RL and i as sazgul dont think Jariuna will be able to attend as much as we need her to.
Deadlyspirit would be a nice addition to RG1 though...

I couldnt agree more. On top of that Jariuna doesnt seem like a really good player who automatically just casts SoulStones and does what is necessary for the raid to be best. The times i've joined with her in AQ20 f.ex., she was a long time to banish target and so on.
I would recommend finding another lock for RG1
Deadlyspirit is a fun and cool player and has my full support to come to RG1. Yes its a blow for RG2 but his dedication and player abilities fits right into the RG1 group
asuming we choose to get deadly into RG1, which is a still under discussion. anyhow i agree w/ you guys. but i think deadly would make a kick TANGO raidleader and i recon hed do good as officer too.

Just kinda unfair to him that he cant play BWL just coz he's a good raidleader
well we did decide that RG2 raidleaders would get some of the same responsabiltys and stuff as the RG1 officer, but then more aimed at RG2
so he would be a RG2 officer where we are RG1 officers...
Deadly could still ead RG2 and attend BWL with our current raid schedule. But not verry fair towards the other two mages that are not officers then ;)

It would not be practical under the current structure to have Deadly as an officer too. I agree with the aobve, he is turnign out just fine for RG2 and could raid with us. We could always offer him the RL RG2 job and Guardian membership (making an exemption for him attending our RG1 raids as he would be runnign RG2 on Thursday and Monday). We'd have to ask him if he were happy to commit to 4 days raiding atm.
