Sets r PvE based and a PvE warrior is supposed to be a tank so there is no set for wannabe rogues (:P) for u there r items like elm of hendless rage chromatic boots and so on
for example have u ever seen a shadow priest set ? nope but they can still get items like ebon flme gloves and band of dark dominion
OMG have a look on lock set bonusses INSANE 30/0/21 spec FTW
the rogue set has one crap load of agi something like 50 more then bloodfang, not counting the ring, 80 if you count the ring. for that you lose like 40 str. But what bothers me most is the utter lack of resists on the new sets, eventhough you get 50 odd more stamina, there is like no resists. other then that you gain 1% crit and 6% hit, at the loss off 2 dodge %.

Stats for full bonescythe set:
1456 armor
47 str
285 agi
196 stam
9 hit
5 crit
(2) Chance on hit heal : 90-110
(4) Backstab, Sinister Strike, Hemmorrage crits make you gain 5 energy
(6) Threath reduction on backstab, sinister strike, hemmorrage and eviscrate
(8) Evis gives chance to reveal flaw in armor of enemy increasing crit chance on next backstab, sinister strike and hemmorrage by 100%
