I tried an open (OBC 64 player) server since dMw was empty... and I have forgotten how messy (read: no direction or planning whatsoever) such games can be :blink:
6 squads in total, about 30 players on our side... and not one squad in the same area of the map.. and as usual, getting a ride is more about not getting run over :eyebrow:
People left the squads and joined again so I ended up being SL - but with no intention of spawning on me and working together... :eyebrow:
It seems I have forgotten the difference between open servers and dMw games :dummy: ... Well... :dmw:
Edit: That said, I am sure OBC's own games are just as good... it is just those open fragfests... :ranting:

Last night was Inter platoon cup night. I dropped onto our .12 public server and just had time to be killed by Delan, spawn and kill him before being called away to be enemy for a practice.
I think that things are often a lot better when more OBC are around on the server. As most OBC were busy elsewhere you probably didnt get the best experience. We are getting many clans visiting now and quite often they give us a hammering on the public servers.
My advice would be join the OBC side. We're trying to spread the word to be nice to dMw and I know a few of the guys are watching out for you. I hope you get a good reception.
I have to admit that 64 players can get totally mad sometimes with so much going on in one place and no time to think. Once I'm in the groove though I do sometimes like a nice fragfest - grenades at Karkand oh yes!
