Im new here, just followed the link that the doorman posted at RSC, looking forward to good clean fun without spoilers
Just a quicky can you spectate in CS just so i can see what its all about ?

As for counterstrike, there are probably some movies on the internet about it. Google is your friend there. I'm not sure if it's possible to have a look on a server without actually having the game.
For the rest, counterstrike is the most played game online since it came out and can be found pretty cheap in stores now a days.

For CS player your really dont know your game well, if you go to the team selection window you can choose 1 CT, 2 T, 5 spectate, if you dont have the game, there is a lot of movies arround that you can download.

CS is mostly about a couple game types:
Bombing, T have to plant bomb and guard, CT have to prevent and disarm.
Hostage, T have to gaurd hostages, CT have to save em.
