Ok mazii that shows you did not listen well yesterday.

We gave mirriana a chance more becouse of the new house and so on.

Tothan has ok att. so far and never been in the pic. of demoting.

But I see there has been a miss cal. in rogues. We have to take a look there. I dont see what the other class shoud be there is 1 to many in.

Ok my bad here. I misunderstood what you were saying about Mirriana and for Tothan I think I misplaced him with somebody else.
 
I'd say lets wait and have a look at the Rogues attendance, only TL has spoken with Noevra and I haven't seen him online for some time!

The mistake is at Aloah someway have enter the list sometimes ago, according to Bastet so we will have to accept 8 in that group.

Yes because im sure we had calculated right first time... hmm well we have too accept 8 if we have already sent out PM's.

We might face a hard time.  It's your job as Marshalls to go talk to the members and find out what's going on and how they are feeling.

At the end of the day it might be a good thing - if Italian players do not feel integrated into SOG then it will hurt your raid progress as they will not perform as part of the team as well as someone who feels properly integrated.  

Yes, please do everything you can to assess the situation and keep current members, but if we do lose a few members to an 'Italian' server then please treat this as an opportunity to better integrate the people we have here.  Most nationalities have integrated remarkably well here in SOG and I'd like to see us stay as inclusive as we possibly can.  The better the team/family feeling then the better you'll raid!

Just a quick one - do you *really* want to advertise the fact you are 4 priests short?  Maybe put '2' instead?  I've assumed this is what you want and done it, tell me to change it to 4 if you really want that.

That's what the public section currently says and it is clear it needs updating to take account of the recent arrivals.  Have a think about it and post what you think is the updated list please and then we can update it for you, that's what this thread is for after all!

You might also want to consider before deciding on the open slots whether you will be holding 7 or 8 members per class.

Now updated.  I've corrected the counting errors, added Risingstar's CL and removed Risingstar's second entry.

I've also cleaned up the document so the thing is readable.   Stick to one font and one colour - no size increase and look at it - a work of art.
