Due to large ammount of short absences in the vacation thread and hence getting a big clutterd thread it was decided to split the 2 threads. The absence threads is for short absences for 1-6 days, the vacation thread is for absences of 7 days or more. The current thread will remain up untill such time that we can expect that the data is no longer valid (ie a few weeks)
