I'd like to take on the task of finding people that has to be demoted, and contact them via ingame mail with the reason why they got demoted.
And I can find replacements from inguild / applications with the help from Bastet.
I had the idea that Vargen would give us access to demote/promote? Or shall I request it from time till time?
(I will post forums before I do it)
Now the question would be, could you demote ppl that never attended allready, or do you need to give them 6 raids so they can be demoted savely (as in those that dont show now dont have to, since at the time of the attendance stats there was no need for attendance)
Edit: as for the other rights i think the fieldmarshals will need to have a chat about that first :) ill put it on the agenda for sometime soon
I believe that for the time being it remains a Field Marshall power, not a Marshall power.
I think what I would prefer you to take charge of is to contact each of them individually *first* to find out about their attendance.
AS I STATED BEFORE:
You cannot demote ANYONE until you have put into place the attendance requirements, monitored them and then challenged them as to why. They have to have the opportunity to change, you cannot just kick them out.
Whilst the above list is a sorry situation, it is TOTALLY irrelevant as it measures a period over which you had ZERO attendance requirement. So before seeking new powers to demote/kick, please try to work on the people you got to better understand them.
When you have records of attendance under the new attendance regime that represent a 'resonable measuring period' then by all means start this discussion again.

Well thats might be true TL, but i think one can allready challange every1 that has less then 4 attendance out of 16. Since they will run into trouble soon. Also i added a new raid to the attendance site to use from now on, the Attendance Monday/Thursday 4/6 to keep an eye on the change of the attendance requirement.

I can only agree with you TL, we have to give people 6 weeks to see attendance requirements in action.
People who has less end 4 out 16 raid could get a "hint" about they low attendance.
I think I have to step down from being a Marshal, as I can only attend 3 out of 6 raids from the start (19.15), when I start to work again (3 weeks vacation and then 3 weeks of day shifts).
If the other marshals want you to stick arround, thats np, in RG1 padding and tanales are currently not making the attendance neither, but its np as long as they still show up regulary :) in my personal opion its not really a problem untill you start missing more then half and are unable to do the chats etc.
